Strata Stormwater Drain Repair – Bronte Project

When heavy rain caused repeated flooding at the entrance of a five-unit strata block in Bronte, Mint Plumbing was called in to investigate. What started as a suspected blocked drain quickly revealed a far more serious issue

Water Leak – Rosebery

Our team attended a strata-managed commercial property in Rosebery to investigate an ongoing water leak affecting businesses in the building. Upon inspection, we confirmed a burst pipe beneath the building. While the leak initially stopped after new valves were installed, it later resumed, likely due to pipe movement after the valves were fitted.

Blocked Drain Investigation – Bellevue Hill

We attended a property in Bellevue Hill to investigate a blocked drain, which had caused significant issues with the toilet. Upon arrival, we found that the drain was severely blocked due to tree root infestation.

Stormwater Overflow Investigation – Manly

We attended a property in Manly to investigate a stormwater plumbing issue affecting the right-hand side of the property, which was causing water to overflow into the neighbouring property and flood the driveway. The water was also penetrating through the ground and collecting under the property.

Full Isolation Valve Replacement – Clovelly

Our team was called to a residential property in Clovelly to inspect a leaking tap located on the external wall of Unit 1. Upon arrival, we discovered the isolation control valve was leaking due to a broken washer and signs of general wear. The valve was part of an older system that had become incompatible with modern plumbing fittings.

Tree Root Blockage Resolved with Full Pipe Relining – Bondi

We were called out to a property in Bondi to deal with repeated blockages caused by tree roots invading the sewer line. The issue had been affecting drainage, causing slow flushing, and bad smells coming from the drains.

Stormwater Pipe Relining Fixes Flooding Issue – Coogee

We were called to a property in Coogee after the homeowner noticed flooding in the yard during heavy rain. The stormwater pipes were old and cracked, allowing water to leak out and pool into the garden, causing issues with drainage.

Emergency Drain Clearing – Rushcutters Bay

We attended an urgent call-out to Unit 3 at a strata property in Rushcutters Bay, where the resident reported a leaking and blocked toilet. Upon inspection, we found the toilet was slow to drain and could not be cleared using conventional plunging methods.

Tree Root-Infested Pipe Relined for Strata Client – Rose Bay

Our team recently completed a precision pipe relining project for a strata property in Rose Bay. The original terracotta pipe between the shower waste and floor waste had become compromised due to persistent tree root intrusion.
