Fast and good communication

Tom and George recently completed plumbing work at our unit block including changing some water heaters. The service was courteous friendly and professional. Very happy with their work and would happily use their services again.

Very fast and professional service which genuinely impressed me; super friendly on the phone, scheduled me in straight away, worked around my availability, and called ahead before arriving. George in particular was a legend. He worked through different solution options with me, was transparent with options and costs, did the job quickly but professionally, is helping us source the style of fittings we want through his supplier, and was just an overall very friendly, happy, knowledgeable guy. We have more work to do in the future and we’ll definitely be looking to get George back in the future.

We had our pipes jetted by Liam and Alex last week and they were fabulous. This week we had the pipes relined by Robbie and Ben and they were lovely, professional and went above and beyond to get everything done quickly and efficiently. Kept the house and courtyard clean as well, which was much appreciated. Great experience. 💕 Even got a pen!

George is a good plumber. He is friendly, on time and does the work well. George is transparent about the prices charged by his company well though prices are perhaps slightly on the higher end.

Usually a wake up from builders is dreaded, however when the Mint Plumbing knocks on your door you have a pep in your morning step. We were lucky enough to have the wonderful mint plumbing crew fixing our gas for three days this week, vacuuming up any mess and bringing the good vibes.
